It's possible that your lens is either dirty or scratched. You could replace the lens if cleaning it doesn't do the job! Getting to the lens itself can be tricky, but iFixIt provides a great guide on how to take the front of the camera apart. The link is here: Samsung HMX-QF20 Troubleshooting
