How do I reduce the size of my auto-focus box?

The camera has a 2.7” LCD screen, a 12 megapixel Four Thirds sized sensor, and a built - in flash. Dimmensions are 115 x 72 x 42mm.

I do not know how to reduce my auto-focus box. I am not sure which buttons to use on my camera to help me reduce the size of my auto-focus box.
