What can I do to fix my stuck pixels (coloured)?

I got my tablet brand new and I've noticed a vertical line (purple on white and dark blue against blue background). At first there was only two lines but there seems to be more after I used the pixel fix and detect app. What can I do? I don't have warranty to get it repaired.
