Why won't my buttons respond?
I was trying to navigate the pictures on my HDR, but the previous and next buttons are responding anymore. I tried turning the device on and off again.

First, see if there is a blockage that is causing the issue. Try using compressed air (such as keyboard cleaner or air compressor, etc) to blow away any debris that could be causing the blockage. If problem still persists then you must take apart the device to clean buttons and around the buttons. If this does not work then replace buttons by buying replacement buttons or taking them from another device (check repair guide or troubleshooting guide).
