Is My Logic Board Ruined From Inserting the Wrong Screw?

Hi all,

I recently dropped my iPhone 5s 32 GB and the touchscreen became mostly unresponsive. It would work sporadically but would also be stuck "touching" places that I wasn't touching. As a result it became useless. I decided I would try to check the connection on the digitizer to see if it had somehow come loose (first mistake) After I had removed the screen and accidentally mixed up the screws for the logic board connector bracket when I reassembled it the screen stays black with no signs of working. I plugged it up to my computer and the iTunes still recognized my device. I am wondering if I damaged the screen during removal (because I was having a hard time removing the screen) or if I caused damage to the logic board by using the wrong screw in the bottom right corner of the connector bracket. Does anyone have any insight to what the best route to repair my phone would be?

Thanks,
