Will not download books
Although my Wi Fi is on and operating properly (my iPad works normally) the Kindle will not download the book. What is the problem?

If the wifi is on and running properly you should see the downloaded book in Menu/View Archived Items. If it is there you can click on it and try to bring it into the Kindle. If that does not work as was the case with mine, I discovered that I could reboot the Kindle by holding the on switch on for maybe 10 seconds or until the screen went white. I took a few minutes for the Kindle to reboot, but after the reboot, the downloaded book came in just fine.
