Hi I can find 2 the motor mounts looking at the engine when the left one right. I can't find the location of the 3 motor mount under the engine? Also I can't find the torque strut location. I don't have a schematic look at is there where I can purchase a schematic on the location of these items. Thanks Cecil

The 3rd engine mount is more often called the transmission mount. It is at the back of the transmission, up above the tail end of it. There is a metal piece that spans the transmission tunnel, just a bit ahead of the driveshaft; if you look above this you will find the 3rd mount.
As for the struts/shocks, you may not have any. I think some 240D's came without the engine shocks. If you did have them, they would be easy to see right next to the two engine mounts on either side of the engine. Or, it could be that yours only has one engine shock - some only came with one shock on certain side rather than one on each side.

It is on the frame in front of the oil pan, metal mount as far as I can see. Good luck
