1 Why can't I make outgoing calls?
After dialing the number and pressing the call button, the call doesn't go through.

You may be in an area with bad cell reception. In that case look at the upper left hand corner of your screen to check if you have bars. If you have no bars find an area with better reception. If you have good cell reception and still cannot make the call then your antenna may need to be replaced.
