What do I do if the iPod is not connecting?
I connected my iPod to the speaker, but it doesn't recognize or play music through the speaker.

Try removing the iPod and putting it back in. Also, if music is not playing, check to make sure your volume is turned up.
After that, try putting a different iPod in to see if your iPod is the problem. If that still doesn't work, you may need to replace the dock.
