david, if it is a Chrysler product, then the The C121C is "TORQUE REQUEST SIGNAL DENIED". This can be a problem in the PCM or the Anti-Lock Brake Module. You will need a scan tool to determine which is at fault.

Mmm okay . The above statement isn't exactly on the money. The c121c code simply means that you have already communicated with the ABS module and it has determined that something from the powertrain will inhibit the proper activity of the Traction control system. Traction control includes the control of electronic throttle to lower rpm when necessary. So whatever scantool was used to retrieve the c121c should also be able to scan the pcm to determine the root cause.
