I have audio, but no visual. What do I do?
I know the TV is on because I can hear sound but I can't see anything. I tried turning off and on the TV but nothing's changed. Can anyone help?

Hi Samantha,
I would start off by checking and make sure all of your cables are connected securely to both the TV and the media device. If you are using the set of yellow, red, and white cables, the red and white are audio while the yellow is video. So if you already have audio, make sure the yellow cable is secure!
