Digitizer replaced. Phone vibrates but doesn't turn on

I replaced the digitizer on my own. When I switch it on at the first time it was working perfectly fine. Then I switch off and try to switch it on again it stops working.

Here's what happen:

1.The LED charging light turn on when I plugged in the charger.

2.The button light blink when I pressed and hold power button.

3.And the phone will vibrate when I release the power button

I've tried changing the battery but it still doesn't work. Any idea how to fix it?

I've also tried the hard reset (soft key blink 15 times). And holding down volume and power button down. Could it be the new digitizer is broken too? Thank you for any help
