Why wont my console stay synced?

Hey mate, I have two answers. One being hopefully this Microsoft guide, might contain the solution to your problem;

The other being a software or hardware problem. Have you done any recent updates to the Xbox one? If not, you might have a faulty WiFi card. Sadly I can't seem to find where to buy any, so you would need to get it fixed by Microsoft, if that is the problem.
