faulty display, displaying strange colours

Hi, i have a problem with a tab 3 im trying to fix.

no idea what happened to it as its not mine, last time i saw something like this i just replaced the lcd and everything was fine.

this time not so much

lcd ribbon cable is new, lcd is new and lcd connection part on the mainboard looks perfect.

Hello Looks like a problem with the graphics chip in the tablet have you tryed connecting th tablet to say a tv thanks
