Nexus 7 2013 has sound but no video.

My device makes sound and the led light blinks,but there is no video!I have tried a bunch of videos on YouTube and some ifixit guides but no luck!I have removed the battery connector and re put it back in,contacted Nexus help desk and my device is also out of warranty
