1 Why can't people hear me during phone calls?
My service is fine because I'm able to call someone but they aren't responding to what I'm saying. I've tried resetting the phone but to no avail.

Try resetting your phone. If the problem persists, a factory reset could fix the issue. If all else fails you may need to replace the microphone.
