Replaced Charging Port, Galaxy S5 still won't charge

Hi,

After purchasing a new charging port from Ebay, I've replaced it with quite some hassle, according to the instructions on below link:

Unfortunately to no avail. The phone stil does not charge, however, if I remove the battery and charge it in a separate charger, the battery does charge.

Also, my battery indicator always stays on 100%.

Is there another part that may need replacing?

I have the same with my Galaxy S5. After changing the new charging port is still doesn't charge. The battery indicator is always on 100%.

Is there a solution?
