This is a pretty general question regarding wheels.
Without actually putting my hands on the wheel, it would be impossible to instruct you on how to fix it.
The cause could be one of many, or in fact many.
Perhaps a few spokes need to be adjusted using the nipples. Perhaps the hub is loose.
However, if the rim itself is bent (due to an impact or serious crash) then the wheel needs replacing.
Again, these are all educated guesses.
