dropped in water for 3-4 seconds
Hand dried riget away. Put in rice for 12 hrs. Still nothing. Battery charged. Buzzes on but remains dark.

Tbh rice does nothing only give false hope..
Phone needs opened up and washed with ISO alcohol then dry out and rebuild and check for problems if the phone still buzzes and shows dark screen then the display is most like been damaged from water or it's the motherboard that's the problem..

Might be an issue with the LCD display due to the liquid damage which could have caused a short-circuit on the motherboard of your phone.
Does the phone stay on when powered on? As in are you able to hear your messages/notifications come into the phone with the screen still black?
