Repair LCD/Digitizer/Glass without frame assembly?

My shop is looking to start fixing the S4 without ordering a part with the frame. This way we don't have to stock CDMA and GSM parts separately.

I don't see a guide here for that repair. I assume i'd simply have to tear the phone down enough to disconnect the LCD/Digitizer, then heat the front panel and pry it apart around the edges to get the glass/digi/lcd off the frame, while being careful of the soft buttons?

Does anyone have a link to a guide for this? I didn't see one from the LE55ONS guy on youtube, and he's usually my go-to because his videos are so concise.
