How to tell between differe versions for lcd

Hi

I've been asked to repair a Blackberry z10 screen, so been lookinf at replacements, and noticed there are 2 versions?

Im guessing these are not compatible, and if not, how would you fine the version type?

The screen is completely broken, so can't go through setting etc to find ouf.
