fix a windows 2000 now?

well something happened and now its has a chip in it a floopy disk in it and it was shpved in it and now i can't get it out and how to fix it that i can get back on it without it shocking me i really need help. Okay my question is simple how do i get a floppy disk out of a thing that you can put in a CD in please tell me its the thing that i have to push this button on it to turn it on what was it called and it does not have a floppy disk inserter i shoved it in there when i was 6 or 7 it also won't read my disk now and it won't go in i tried taking it out but it had a metal box around it okay? also stop editing this now

my computer like the big thing on the bottom that i have to push the power button i forgot the name hey no one has talked about this how do i get a floppy disk out of the thing where you have to put the cd in to play or install a game how do you fix that

The reason for not having talked about it is because "do i get a floppy disk out of the thing " we are trying to figure out what you are describing. "Things" and "push this button on it to turn it on what was it called" are not very descriptive. Right now it sounds like you are talking about having inserted a floppy disk into an optical drive (CD/DVD drive)

justin lemons, since you can not tell us what computer you have, the best generic answer will be that you have to remove the optical drive, remove the outer case of the drive and remove the floppy drive from the tray.

you need to identify your computer for us. Take a few pictures and show us the front of the computer where the optical drive is and show us a few pictures about how the drive is mounted inside the case. Post those images with your question. Use this guide to post your images iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
