It is like 5% left on my battery and i charge it with a (samsung galaxy y) charger and after an hour its dead. :( what's the problem of my phone maybe its the battery :(( Please kindly help me thank you .

is it possible you don't charge it enough? Because it may show 100% battery but in fact be 15%?
Because its a common system error in android.
Of course it also could be that the batter need to be replaced, how long have you had your phone for? Has the battery looks the same size to you because sometimes it expands for some reason and just doesn't charge

I have my phone for about 8 months now, the battery seems okay but i think that the charger drain all the energy from my battery and that's why it won't turn on or charge., Is it possible?
Its not possible for the charger to drain energy from your phone the mains won't allow the charge to reverse its direction of electrons flowing through, the charger might however short circuit - its where the charge has chosen the shortest, least resistant path, and therefore the phone won't charge and the charger is broken.
However the issue of battery being drained when charging may only be possible when charging via USB port not and the a/c adapter.
I have two options what might have happened, either your charger is faulty or its a loose connector in the phone itself.
Have you checked the warranty? It maybe worthwhile to check whether it covers the issue you are dealing with.
