LED display and backlight not working

Heres the story: Was going to clean the display, sprayed it with cleaner, but got called to do something else. Did not clean the cleaning liquid so it ran down the display into the display frame. After that point the display stop working. I later took a flashlight and placed it behind the display (at the apple logo), confirm the display was working, just the back light.

What i've done so far: (Note: I have a schematic)

1.Checked fuse F7700 and it has continuity.

2.Power laptop and check for voltage from fuse to Q7706 and i'm getting voltage but about 7.2v and not the 12.6v the schematic is calling for.

3.Unplugged the display from the logic board, powered the laptop and check the voltages again, with the same result.

Where i'm stuck:

Was going to now back track on the voltage line, but being that the logic board has no marking on the board to reference the part, I can't move forward on my investigation. What's a little confusing is on all the reference for that voltage line on the schematic page, they are call for 8.6v.

So my question is, the 7.2v that i'm reading, is this acceptable? If not, how does one figure out what component is what in relation to the schematic?

Thank you very much for any input you may have.
