Lcd replaced and no backlight
I changed my lcd on my iPad mini but now my backlight isn't working I can see the display come on I can open and close apps but no backlight can u help me

You will need to have your backlight filter replaced. Someone needs to solder a new filter on the logic board.

Any recommendations on where I can get something like that repaired I live in Orlando Florida and I'm going to ship it out

Try lifting the motherboard from the battery contacts for a few moments and then reseat it again ....sometimes I think this discharges static or just makes a better contact. Make sure power is off and to be safe disconnect the cable from the daughterbd ( comes across between the battery segments). This has worked for me on several repairs.
