Dropped in Pool; troubleshooting steps for self repair?
The iphone still makes internal noises (I hear moving pieces) when plugged in to the computer, but the screen doesn't work. Where do I start to determine what needs to be replaced?

Phone needs opened up and washed out with ISO alcohol then reassembled and damaged assessed .. If screen is black and still hear noises it's most likely a damaged screen

ISO (I'm assuming it means 100% alcohol) will not damage the inner parts of the phone?
