Is it possible to repair a Xbox 360 with parts from another broken Xbox 360? I need all the help I can get.

Motherboard, heat sink, heat sink cover, and the resistors
You will need the optical drive for the motherboard. those two are mated to each other. Do not replace the motherboard without the optical drive.
