Camera stops shooting when using remote & Continuous shutter mode

Hi was shooting timelapse with phottix intervalometer, I connected the intervalometer to my canon 6D. I put my shutter in continuous shutter mode, and intervalometer in bulbmode. It can take 100+ pictures and stops. I have not set any limit in my intervalometer.

I tried the same on my friends 5D Mark 3. It works like a charm. Not sure what went wrong.

Can some one please help?
