Can't hear me on loudspeaker changed prox

Hi all hoping to get a bit of help from you guys and hopefully help for others with the same problem.

Ok so I repair iphones as a side hobby/business, had lots of experience. When in a phone call the other person cannot hear me when loudspeaker is on. Can hear through the earpiece no problem, video and voice memo both work. I have also changed the power/vol flex which I do believe has a proximity sensor on, would i be right in also thinking there is a proximity sensor on the charging dock?

Any input would be great, thanks.

UPDATE - I have just replaced the charging port and at first I could not hear anything at all so I readjusted and now it is working and also when on loud speaker BUT only when the phone is laid flat, how can this be?

Right so on calls when on loud speaker you hear nothing? Does the loud speaker work in music and apps.. This has nothing to do with a proximity sensor and no there's not a proximty on the dock

Yes so i make or receive a call from the iphone 5 and put it on loudspeaker, and when I speak on the i5 I cannot hear through my s3, but when I talk through my s3 I can hear on my i5, hope that makes sense. yes all other sound is working.
