Home button doesn't work even after repair.

I have an iPhone 5 in shop that the home button doesn't work on. I've replaced it 5 separate times and each time it doesn't work. I've tested the charge port in a different phone and it works, but when I tested the charge port from the second phone in the first one it still didn't work. I don't know what the problem is.

Another tech here that can activate the home button by pressing the prongs on the charge port a certain way and it works perfect. I've adjusted the prongs height in various different ways also. I just can't get it.
