iPad won't charge from 10w charger but will from computer.

Hi i Have an iPad 4 wi-fi + Cellular.

This is a really weird issue the iPad when plugged into the Apple 10w charger & lightning cable that came with the iPad comes up with not charging.

I have tried several different chargers lightning cables all with same result i have also replaced the lightning port & even changed the battery.

It will power on the iPad when it is switched off so it knows a charging lead has been connected.

It is recognised when i plug it into iTunes I can sync ETC & i have reset & activated the iPad through iTunes via DFU too.

Strangely when connected to my Mac it shows the charging icon where normally an iPad would show not charging when connected to a computer.

Apparently it will also charge ok from a 5w iPhone wall charger.

I did purchase the iPad in this condition with the intention of refurbing & repairing the issue.

Its like the charging has flipped in reverse

Its got me stumped any ideas or help greatly appreciated.
