Perforated screen / how to fix it?

Hello Ifixit-ers,

Recently during cleaning of my MBR I noticed that a little bit wouldn't come off my screen; I though it was a little stain or something so used a bit more force (not too much though) to try to wipe it out.

Sadly it seems that it wasn't just a little stain on the screen but rather I managed to somehow scratch the screen (it was very very tiny, dot-shaped scratch). While trying to remove it somehow area around that little dot got "unglued" from the screen (!?) leaving very nasty mark as on the photo (I suspect some air got through the little pinhole).

As soon as I noticed that I immediately stopped the cleaning and now I'm wondering whether anyone else came across something like this. Is there any way to fix this "unglued" area around the scratch? I understand the scratch will stay there but maybe there's a way to fix the area around it? I was considering trying to warm it up and see what happens but I thought I'll rather ask here.

Any tips much appreciated. It's one of the glorious Samsung screens so I definitelly wouldn't want to have to get rid of it :-(
