Screen won't respond to touch
Dropped phone. turns on see display but won't respond to touch

First, check if your digitizer connector still connect with motherboard or if it got loosen.
If replug can't solve the problem, you may need to replace a new touch screen.

bad connection on logic board. Reseat the connector. The 5s is under a 1 year warranty...still, so take it into apple.
