Why the phone's haptic feedback is totally dead
my i9082 isn't responding via haptic feedback ,not even in vibration mode ,checked software related issues but finally concluded that it is a hardware failure.

Vaibhav Sahu, you enter vibration test mode *#0842# and check to see if it works, If it fails, it is possible that you need a new vibration motor. Use this guide to get to your logic board and the motor. Step 3 bottom left shows its location. Still trying to get that part number for it if. Hope this helps, good luck.

Vibration is totally off.....not responding at all in any case......checked via different softwares like vibration checker......secret codes for android etc......please help....thanx in advance

Just to make sure I understand you correctly. Your phone does not vibrate under any circumstance?
