I need to change the back facing camera, so i did so.
When i put it together again, i turned it on, it came up with the apple logo screen and then it turns blue and then it repeats.
Does anyone know what has happened?

Try reseating the connectors on your screen to the logic board, after cleaning the connectors on both the screen side and the logic board.

If all the connector are seeded correctly then you have damaged them somehow
