Alibaba.com is extreme bulk purchases.
If you want smaller amounts, use aliexpress.com.

How do you use that site?
It’s a B2B site where you can request a quote on bulk products. Just page down 3/4 of the way from the home page and you will find outlines in orange a a quotation submission form just click the radio box and fill out the questions.
Alibaba is the worst site
