Blu-Ray disc drive not Working.

The Blu Ray disc drive is working on my Laptop. Whenever I put a disc in it spins and makes noise like it is working but then nothing appears in my Computer.

In Device Manger the CD/DVD Icon doesn't even appear.

I tried a few peoples suggestions like deleting the Upper and Lower Filter items in the Registry, installing a CD emulator to make the CD/DVD icon reappear to scan for new hardware, and physically removing the drive from the laptop and plugging it back in.

At this point I am at a lost at what I can do any more suggestions?
