It will fit. But swtiches like this are typically for diagnostics. You may have success on getting a fully working phone.

what do you mean Typically for diagnostic
Say you have two phone and on one the battery doesn't charge, one of the diagnostics that people have done is:
1. Put new battery in - Still doesn't work
2. Put the old battery in the new phone - and it works
3. Move the logic board from the new phone to the old phone, plug in the battery and it still doesn't work.
4. The problem isn't the logic board.

It's my understanding that it can't be bypassed. Apple is really locking down on this. Good luck.
From my understanding yes you can because putting the verzion logic board in the Sprint phone bezel will basically be putting a new logic board in the phone even tho it isn't. As long as both phones are cdma you should be good go go
