How do I fix a screen thats turned green?

So my iPhone recently turned green, the entire screen has a extreme green tint. Its like all the green pixels are running constantly. For some reason any app that are suppose to have a green icon appear near black(well green tinted black).

There is also a "white"(again, white/grey tinted green) bar running along the right side of the screen from top to bottom about 2mm thick.

I tried several things to fix this:

Factory Reset

Restore from Backup

On/Off

Resetting the phone via the Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings option.

My lock button is broken(it has been so for a while so I don't believe the two are related) and thus I cannot do the press and hold home button + lock button hard reset.

You may have a developing water damage. Try taking the phone apart, Unplugging the battery, unplugging the LCD and Digitizer. Then use IPA to clean the connectors. Make sure that they are seated together VERY well when you reassemble.

I recently dropped my iPhone 4, and the back broke, it's been playing up ever since, like it will drop dead even wit about 80% charge, It will sometimes not come on at all, and just stay on the apple logo, and a few minutes ago my phones screen had a sort of small, green tint going across the middle and partially going down and up, it wouldn't stop vibrating until I unplugged it.

Any sort of fix?
