2 strings are dim and one bright
The three string of led lights are connected in series. the last string is bright and the others are dim. What can I do?
Have you replaced any of the bulbs or fuses? If you still have the box the lights came in, check to see the wattage of the bulbs it takes. Assuming you are talking about mini-lights, you can't mix wattages. Some take the 2.5 - 3.5 watt bulbs, and others take 6 watt bulbs.

%#*@! It’s not like these little suckers have it written on them!
So how does one know the wattage of "these little suckers"?
1st thing I would do is to change the order of the 3 strands
- to see if the problem follows that specific strand or if the same strand position (3rd) is consistently brighter no matter which strand is put there
I have an odd situation myself
- bulbs at beginning of strand are dim, but then the rest are bright
I take a dim one out and swap with a bright one from the back half
- bingo: bright becomes dim and visa versa
WTF?

I put up new led lights this week. Last of 4 strands is like yours. Dim first half, bright end. Guess I need to do some swapping.
I bought 2 strands of outdoor lights and one dimmed after a heavy rainfall. Here’s the problem with these lights. The sockets are hollow. The long light bulb is supposed to go through the socket, squeeze between the 2 plastic wires to act as a water barrier. This is a HUGE DESIGN FLAW as water seeps into the sockets creating electrical shorts, blown fuses and corrosion. I’m very disappointed in NOMA because the company is aware of this problem because the light bulb casings have holes in the tips to allow the water to drain. I’ve been buying NOMA products for years and now I’m questioning their products. I’m returning both strands of these outdoor lights for poor quality.

I think I have the same problem. One strand in the middle of the house is dim and the rest before and after are bright.
Having the same issue with 2 of 4 sets of Noma C9...also think that if the tip of the light is upward then water/rain will enter in the socket and out they goes!
So the fix is quite easy once you understand it! So by trial and erare I got it!
Don’t understand how they Noma can not inform about such a easy FIX!
When one of the strings don’t seem to work they do just much dimmer. Look at bulbs one by one and you will notice that there mabe one, two or even more that do not light up at all! change them out and problem fixed!

We have led lights half the strand dim and half bright. Found the problem one, but changing the bulb didn't work… My husband put the bulb in backwards by accident and now the whole strand is bright! Riddle me that one lol

Apparently LED light strands are different from the old style I'm used to. On LEDs you have to make sure the polarity stays the same when you replace a bulb or the current is reduced and the lights dim. Pay attention to how the bulb/holder was in the wire and put it back the same way. Also, if the bulb happens to lose one side of the tiny wire inside the holder that is plugged into the strand, the strand will dim.

i bought 2 boxes of strings (indoor/outdoor), at the same time, one is fine, the other dimmed and then went out, i tried replacing the fuses, didn’t help, don’t really think going through 1 bulb at a time is going to fix the issue, and I"‘m thinking it’s time to return them, unfortunately i already pitched the box :(. When i replaced the fuses, i plug it in, i get some dim bulbs and then they fade.
