What is this little part?
Hi, I took apart my iPhone 5 but while putting it back together I have a part which I forgot to place back.. I dont know what it is, can someone please help?

That looks like a (hold down) strap that gets screwed to the logic board on top of the battery connection or near it and is there to help keep the battery plugged in,, your phone will work without it but is a good idea to have it in place.

That is the part that actually goes over the 2nd mic on the Power button flex.
