I recently replaced the screen on my lg venice as per the instructions i found on here and now everything works but the touch screen. when i attempted to put the old screen in that too didn't work.
is there something i needed to do in order for my phone to recognize the new screen???
did i buy a bad part?
or is something else to blame.
any help is much appreciated

ashley, it is possible that you have a bad digitizer, so you can try to replace it with a new one once more. If that still will not accomplish anything, it is time to open up your phone and to get a multimeter out. Then check the components listed in the image for their appropriate values.
