What do I need to repair my iPod? (Broken screen)

I have broken the screen of my ipod, but the ipod is still perfectly working. What do I need to buy to replace the broken screen? The outer screen is enough or I need to replace other parts?

It depends on how deep the crack goes down. Normally, you just need to get the outer screen taken out and replaced. I think you can buy it from the Apple store of a local tech.
