I have just replaced a digitizer front screen on a friends iPad 4.
It was working fine before I did this, the screen was just cracked.
Now I get [NAND] find flash media and keepout 601 physical block off set .... there are about 5 to 6 lines all starting with NAND, The Apple logo is in the centre of the screen.
The only way I can turn the machine off is holding down the home button and sleep bottom together.

you want an answer ,??? no prob!! check the 3rd connector of camera disconnect it ,remove battery ,reassemble it again W/O THE CAMERA CONNECTOR IN !! and try
if still issue remains ---try a new lcd full set! and if its still with the nand error of kernel panic !!!
check the------------->>>> u2 chip!!!!!!!!!! and cover the whole board with tape so that there wont be any connection to the back lcd bezzel aluminium cover!!
