no backlight, no display,
it turns on but no display, when I put a flash light directly on the screen I see a question mark, there is a hard drive and the chime sound if i turn it on.

You appear to have two issues here:
The Question mark means the HD is not bootable or it may not be present (or bad).
The display issue could be a few different things. There is a fuse link that could be burn't but I suspect you will find replacing it won't help here as it blow for a reason.
You really need to solve the HD/OS issue first. As I think you may find this system has gotten wet or has been damaged internally.

Thank you for the reply,i think on the issue of the question mark that is present if you put a flashlight on to the screen you are correct, i have tried to put a working hard drive but still no display, i think i'm kinda equipped with tools, i have just bought and upgrade my rework and reball station to Honton 392, and i got a soldering equipment too but what i don't know is to read schematics because i only had a year of vocational training in repairing computer but i'm doing most repairs for almost 3 years now, i just reflow the graphic card on this machine from without turning, now it turns on but like i said you can hear the hard drive and the chime sound but no display, i have tried replacing the inverter board too but the same result, if you could help me locate the backlight fuse that is soldered on the mother board? to check it, will be very helpful to me.thank you for the response and regards

Hook it up to an external monitor and see if you get a bright screen. If so replace the inverter. Try starting up from your system DVD, insert the disk and hold down the "C" key. Go to the second screen pull down menu to Utilities, Disk Utilities and see if you can repair your hard drive.
