Why my washer won't spin
My washer wont spin on wash cycle. ..waher only spins on rinse cycle...what is the problem

This sounds like a timer issue. Try disconnecting, cleaning and resetting the connections to the timer first and see if that helps. If not, replace the timer. For the correct part, please give us the make and model number of your machine.
