I have 2012 macbook pro 13" whose upper case got bent from one corner where charge cable is getting attached. lan cable, thunderbolt.
Please let me know which case is perfect match as there are 2 options listed on your website.

Last Digit of Serial Number: 5WV
My macbook is 2.5gz. the case listed on ifixit are as below
http://www.ifixit.com/Mac-Parts/MacBook-...
but both of them are for 2 ghz and 2.4ghz
