Messy Reflow- Capacitor Blown

During the Reflow, I accidentally burnt two capacitors near the Power button (1500uf 16v) and also the yellow black capacitors near the GPU is bulged. When I turn ON my Xbox I get a beep and then 3RROD. Is this due to the capacitors near the power button or the yellow capacitors. A lot of people have said that their Xbox 360 worked even with broken capacitors. So, I just wanna know which ones to replace.

I've replaced the caps near the power button with some local capacitors but i guess i shouldn't do that. So, I've ordered panasonic caps from ebay. But i don't know if any other capacitors are damaged. The caps near the GPU look bulged. So, i think they are damaged too.

post an image of your logic board and mark the components in question. That might enable us to identify what needs to be replaced.

yogesh9093, on your last image, try to either brighten it up or just give us the reference designator for the caps. That would be something like a Cxxx stamped on the board next to the caps. For the other two in your second image, that is reference designator C2F3 and C3F2 respectively, both of those are 820UF 20% 4V POLY RDL capacitors.

UPDATE

C6F3 1500UF 20% 16V ALUM RDL

C7F2 1500UF 20% 16V ALUM RDL

C7F1 2200UF 20% 6.3V ALUM RDL

I couldn't take a better picture of it. But their stamped names are C6F3, C7F2 and C7F1. The capacitors C6F3 and C7F2 leaked when i did the reflow and the C7F1 was bulged. Now, when i turn ON my xbox 360 i get a beep and 3RROD. My secondary error code is 0003. So, which of these capacitors have to be replaced???

"C6F3 and C7F2 leaked when i did the reflow and the C7F1 was bulged." definitely need to replace all of those. I can get you those values later on today as well.

The values of C6F3 and C7F2 are 1500uF 16v. And the value of C7F1 is 2200uF 6.3V. I will replace them all.

Thanks !!! :)

Short Answer is always fix a damaged capacitor. the thing is yes it will work but you risk making the capacitor to boil its contents and spill it on to the mother board causing a short, and that's not even the worse case scenario, It can explode causing a fire.

Hope this info helped and i hope you make a good choice.

(Dont worry GTA V is only a month away, you have plenty of time for repair.)
