alexis, "In A Certain Position" to charge sounds to me like you need to replace the charging port. If you let us know exactly what phone you have, we might be able to assist you with that

It's Exactly Like The Samsung Galaxy S3 Just The Power Button Is On THe Right Instead Of The Left . Besides That , It's The Only Difference .
