Water Damage along left side of Laptop

Macbook Pro "13 2010. Spilled water along usb and power port. I've taken it apart clean with 90% iso alcohol, Before that the laptop showed no signs of power, after cleaning now the power plug lights up and battery indicator show three(3) green lights on, but laptop still not booting up, still showing no signs of life besides the three green lights. Did battery disconnect and SMC reset still same status. Any ideas on what to try, or a lead on what it may be? Any help would help.
